Battlefront II, we're hoping Electronic Arts rights its wrongs.

Yoda pilots his own spaceship during an intense space battle in a leaked trailer for Star Wars Battlefront II. The visuals and sounds accurately represented what Star Wars is. Battlefront II is looking to improve on all of those faults and so far, we're impressed.

The trailer was just recently published on the EA Star Wars channel, where gamers can snag a look at the minute and a half new promo piece featuring the Starfighter Assault mode that will be available in DICE's upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront 2. As players, we'll be able to fly a variety of different and iconic ships, such as TIE fighters, A-wings, and even the Millennium Falcon.

Star Wars Battlefront II hits the shelves on November 17, 2017. As Iden's team sets off on "an extraordinary odyssey of revenge, betrayal and redemption", players are taken on a 30-year journey from the events of Return of the Jedi to The Force Awakens, encountering key figures from Star Wars history along the way.

Also present is Darth Maul's Sith Infiltrator and Yoda's zippy little Jedi Starfighter.

Tune in to the EA Live Show at Gamescom streaming on EA.com on August 21 at 9:30am PDT/6:30pm CET to watch the Starfighter Assault live gameplay reveal. It is important to note, however, that the footage is not part of the title's gameplay, but instead only an in-engine video.

If you want to test out the game prior to its launch, a multiplayer beta will be available on October 4.
