For Economics (H), the cut off is 97.5 per cent, for B.Com (H) at 97.25 per cent and for Political Science and History (H) at 97.5 and 96.

Delhi University, considered one of the premier universities in India, will be releasing its first cut-off list today.

While Miranda House's cut-off for BA (Hons) Economics is 97.25 per cent, B Com (Hons) cut-off in both Ramjas College and Hansraj College is 97.5 per cent. The cut-off for English (hons) is same as past year at 97 pc. "This year, the university has kept in mind the students of state boards who don't score as much as those from CBSE", a senior official said.

Verification of documents: Once you are done with selection of the course and the college, you will need to take a print out of the admission form and other documents, and visit the college for the verification of documents and the calculation of the cut-off percentage.

Last year, SRCC announced its cut-off at 98.25 per cent for Economics Honours and 98 per cent for B Com Honours.

The cut-off for Economics (H) and B.Com (H) at Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) settled at 97.75 per cent.

Talking about Hansraj College, most subjects had the same cut off as compared to previous year.

Shri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College threw a little surprise with a 98.25 percent cut-off for Economics (Honours). The institutes struggled to fill seats previous year when the second list was released. While for B.Com (H), there is a dip of 0.25 percentage points from last year's 98 per cent, for Eco (H), the dip is of 0.50 percentage points from 98.25 per cent in 2016.

Admissions for the first cut off list starts from Saturday and continue for three days.

The second cut-off list is expected to be issued on 1 July. This time Ramjas first cut off has lowered by 1.75% to is 97.5% for B.Com hons.
